You will receive an email with a security code which you need to enter on the next screen.

Once you have entered the security code, you can set your password and click “SUBMIT”.

If you forgotten your password then you need to click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD” which is located under the “LOGIN” tab.

You will need to enter the email address used at registration. Then click “SUBMIT” button.

You will then receive an email with a security code.

You need to enter the code in the “CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD” page, specify a new password and click “SUBMIT”.

Yes. You must create an account in order to place an order. This is just to help us identify and aid restaurants and takeaways with fraud orders.

Yes. If you wish to delete your account on Hungry Buddy, just send us an email at support@hungrybuddy.co.uk and we will deactivate your account accordingly.

Just enter your full postcode in the "SEARCH BOX" on the homepage.

We are able to find the takeaways in your local area that will deliver or collection by you.

There are few simple steps to place an order with HUNGRYBUDDY.CO.UK

1.  Navigate to the home page and enter your "POSTCODE". You will get a list of restaurants that serve your area will deliver to your address.

2. Select the restaurant you would like to order from and select delivery or collection options.

3. Add items to your order basket. When done, click on "CHECKOUT" button to place your order. Please note, each restaurant has a specific minimum order value for delivery or collection.

4. Enter your email address and click on "PROCEED" button.

5. Fill out the required information on the checkout page and click on "PLACE ORDER". After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and text from HUNGRY BUDDY.

Please ensure you have entered the correct email address and contact number(s) so HUNGRY BUDDY restaurant can contact you if there are any issues with your order.

No. Hungrybuddy.co.uk is a comprehensive online ordering system.

Where you can find local restaurant and takeaways near to you.

View menus online for a specific restaurant and takeaways, order and Pay online.

Once you place an order you will receive an email or SMS from Hungry Buddy confirming receipt of your order.

This email and SMS contain your order number.

Yes. If the restaurant or takeaway you would like to order from is closed.

The listings page will display a “PRE-ORDER” button in place of the usual “ORDER NOW” button.

You can pre-order for later that same day.

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact the restaurant on the number provided on your order confirmation email or SMS.

Please note, you will need to do this in good time as the restaurant will expect to be compensated if the order is cancelled after they have prepared it.

To change your delivery address, you need to log in to your Hungry Buddy account. Click your personal info and contact details.

Using this page, you can edit/add your address, contact numbers and change your password.

You have to pay for your order by cash on delivery or credit/debit card.

If you want to pay cash on delivery you need to select “COD” button.

If you want to pay by credit or debit card, you need to select “PAY BY CARD”.

If you pay by credit or debit card some restaurants or takeaways will apply £0.50 card Surcharge.

Some of our partner restaurants and takeaways choose to apply a 50 pence card surcharge to customers who wish to pay by online via credit or debit card.

This is to cover the cost of card processing.

Once you have placed an order your card will be charged immediately.

This depends on the reason for cancellation.

If, for whatever reason a restaurant or takeaway declines your order then you do not need to worry about your payment.

Your payment will be refunded within 3 working days.

No. We do not save any card details on our servers. This is for security reason.

The standard delivery time for most restaurants and takeaways is 45-60 minutes,

However, this can vary at busy periods such as on weekends.

The restaurants and takeaways listings page will display this information against every restaurants and takeaways.

Most restaurants and takeaways on Hungrybuddy.co.uk provide free delivery within 3 miles radius.

However, some may charge. Delivery charges will be stated on the listing page.

Although, we state a delivery time of 45-60 minutes for most restaurants and takeaways,

If your order is incomplete, please contact the restaurant or takeaway immediately using the number provided on the order confirmation email or SMS.

Restaurant's and Takeaway's promotions and offers are displayed on the listings page or restaurant's and takeaway’s profile page.

You can contact the restaurant or takeaway directly using the contact details provided on your order confirmation email.
